Resources for Children with Special Needs, Inc. offers the following free workshops dealing with children who have disabilities. An independent, not-for-profit citywide source of help for New York City parents and caregivers of children with disabilities or special needs, ages birth to 21, and the professionals who work with them. Resources is designated by the U.S. Department of Education as a Parent Training and Information Center.
